Absolutely a must read

We are doing a local fish promotion and as the marketing team, we need to know what it's all about.  We then will run with the info and make sure everyone knows about it and then, ultimately, fill the restaurant.  See if you can figure out what this is about:

$10 to anyone who has heard of Baku?

A few years ago I would have lost the bet on where in the world Baku was and if I was told Azerbaijan, it wouldn't have been much better. But now the world has changed and here I am. Not only seeing clients who are just as intrigued by this city as I am, but also visiting good friends Germa and Kamiel, although Kamiel was out of town this week.

I can honestly say I am impressed with the city and with the potential of Baku.

Here are a few pics.

We love you Mr. Bear

On February 14, 2013 we lost our friend Mr. Bear. He was 13 yrs old and always a protector of Bec and as our family grew, Josh. He knew it was time and choose a moment when we were out of the country so we would not have the emotional trauma of his passing but yet had the most caring two people possible with him, Sharikay and Duane.

He will be missed by everyone he touched through the years. He was a guiding and protecting light in our lives in so many ways and will continue to be so forever.
