Description:
Guest called F/D and questioned why we allow Lady boy come to hotel.
Recovery Description:
We informed guest that visitors was called by our guests and when they arrived, they need to contact us before get into the guest room and we will keep their ID card for security. However if visitors came with the guest, we could not screen who they are and stop them. Guest seem to be understand but still feel we should not allow lady boy come to hotel. GSO thank for his comment.
Remark :
Guest travel with his thai "girlfriend". After they checked in and went to the lift there had one guest and one lady boy who talk with his girlfriend which guest not happy with this.
Did the guest think the Lady Boy would try to steal his Thai hooker? Loving Thailand.
